But my path into recruiting was never purely transactional or corporate. In many ways, recruiting found me long before I fully accepted it. Over the years, I stepped away from the industry a few times, only to realize I kept returning to the same truth: this work is deeply part of who I am. At the end of the process, my goal is simple: that people leave not only feeling supported professionally — but genuinely cared for personally. Because the best partnerships are rarely transactional.
